If it is looked after by painting and staining when it required then it should last a good 15- 20 years.
The H3 means it is treated with LOSP Light organic solvent preservative it is a waterproof timber treatment. Repelling moderate decay, borers and termites.

No, we don’t have a showroom but we do have a cubby in a Nursery in Sydney and in Brisbane. You are also welcome to make an appointment to visit the warehouse.
We open by appointment only as we are a working warehouse.
Building Stage Questions
We don’t recommend any higher than 1500mm for stability and safety.
We would only recommend a small elevation to level off the ground. Speak to our team to help determine what would work best for you.
To get the stirrups installed, a hole must be dug out, then the stirrups placed inside with concrete to hold it in place and then the posts and base are added. This creates a level base to stand the walls etc.

The sliding aluminium windows come in black or white frames with flyscreens and locks.

You can choose the quantities and styles that work for your space.
Yes we can, we do need measurements to be able to get the frames built to size.
There’s telescopes, steering wheels, letter boxes, bells and many others, please ask us.
Fit Out Questions
We can insulate and we can add the tubing before we line the walls and ceiling with Plywood.
Painting Questions
Yes, we can. We use a Natural or Merbau stain or you can choose a Dulux color to paint.
We highly recommend that the timber be painted with an exterior paint or stained with an outdoor stain to maintain the shed in the best condition. We can do this for you and the optional cost is on the quote.
Yes, we can paint the inside including the ceiling.
Delivery and Install Questions
Normally it takes one day to install a cubby or ground cabin. A cabin that is on a small elevation with a complete fit out can take 3 – 5 days to install.
This depends on how large the cabin is but the elevation section adds almost a day to the whole process.
It can take up to 8 weeks depending on the size of your project and where you are located for delivery. Contact us so we can advise you.
